Coating exclusively with water-based varnishes

Barrel processing is used for coating with water-based varnishes. The special varnish is applied to the respective components. Those variables having an effect on the process, such as the:

• Quantity and duration of the spray and drying cycles
• Temperature
• Capacity
• Spray pressure
• Turbulent flow of the rotated parts being coated

are computerized and documented accordingly. In this way we can define individual formulations for each customer. In addition, a manual coating process can be used for small series and prototypes.
